I wholeheartedly believe that every mother deserves to feel vibrant, healthy, and whole. Motherhood can be challenging, but I am living proof that with God’s help and a commitment to being consistent and implementing small changes, it’s possible to thrive in your new normal as somebody’s mom. I’m here to help you see beyond the physical changes of pregnancy and post-partum and embrace your worth—not just as a mother, but as a woman who deserves to prioritize her own well-being.
My coaching is built on a foundation of positive psychology, Biblical principles, and a holistic approach to wellness. As a Christian mother, I emphasize the importance of caring for the body as the temple of the Holy Spirit. I teach and help my clients to practice discipline, eat nourishing whole foods, and find ways to move their bodies that they enjoy—because a joyful, healthy body is a gift from God. My coaching isn't just about losing weight. It’s about building a lasting foundation of health that nurtures both the body and the soul.
